My E Pace does have Adaptive Cruise Control and that comes with Queue Assist but not sure if that is standard or not. It will autonomously brake the car to a stop if there is queuing traffic in front, and crawl in a queue following the car in front. If the car comes to a complete standstill then a quick tap on the accelerator re-engages the Queue assist and it continues following the car in front. But it doesn't steer at all, so that is still down to the driver. It works pretty well - the only thing it seems to struggle with is spotting a light coloured car on an incline above - I think it gets confused with the sky!!
