When trying to access 'Live' or 'Update' via InContol, we just get a 'Verifying' message, and the rotating/flipping coloured rectangles logo... but no log-in.
The InControl account is fully active via the Mobile App and website, but the car will never log-in.

On the website 'Live' page it says 'The primary user has not logged in from the vehicle'.

Everything else works.

Anyone else have the same issue?

So the problem has now changed…
We can now log-in to 'Live', but the Internet Browser now says 'Unable to load web page'.
And the Live Apps all say 'Unable to connect'.

Way is the software so bug-ridden???

Has it ever worked for you in the car? When I first got mine I registered and logged in through the app and website but couldn't login in the car.

Turns out I needed to register and login in the car first.

Deleted the app and website accounts and started again with the car first. Once logged in and working in the car I setup the app and website and all worked fine and is still working fine.
