Can anyone help me? I have just taken ownership of my 2018 E-pace connected my phone but despite clicking sync contacts I have been unable to download. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

No problem here and i also use IPone 11

When you pair your phone there is a slider on the iPhone screen asking if you want to synchronise contacts. To correct it - On your phone go to settings, Bluetooth, select the car and then click on the i symbol. Then slide Sync Contacts to on. Next time you connect to the car the contacts will download.

Mine is a 2018 car and I use an iPhone 11
