I think I may have just ordered an E-Pace. I say "I think" as it was done by email and my dealership is absolutely pathetic in answering emails! I have an order form, which I signed, and gives me an estimated handover date of 8th June. I've returned that, plus my part-ex form and have not heard anything since.
Is anyone else experiencing terrible customer service? I can't tell if it is just my dealership or pretty standard. I've emailed twice to enquire as to whether my order is progressing and...... nothing!
