Anyone know of the dealer wil debadge the car for me or if it's something I can do myself? I forgot to check the debadge option as it never really occurs to me when choosing options to add, I only really want it debadging because I find them so annoying when cleaning the car and I quite like the look of just having the script and leaper on the back
Thanks that's reassuring I completely forgot to ask when I ordered the car and my obvious concern was damage to the paint if I did it myself and how to get the residue off afterwards, what did you polish it with after?
If your not comfortable doing it any decent local detailing firm will be able to do it and not scratch anything. loads of videos on YouTube on how to do it.
Of course you could always buy a detailing brush or use a soft makeup brush with car shampoo for those awkward badges. Can't say it's a problem on mine but then I want people to see the 250 and leave my bumper alone🤣
I debadged an Impreza I used to drive in my wild younger days with a hot air gun which melted the glue which held the badges on. If you try this though don't overdo the heat and blister your paint!
