My dealer refuses to update my incontrol software. They say that they cannot reproduce the faults . Despite the fact that I can get the faults intermittently.

I am very annoyed that I have a faulty car that they refuse to fix.

The fault re occurred as soon as I started the car

Finnaly, after 3 months, the dealer has updated the software. Apple Car play thrown in. It is so much better. I can listen to Spotify and actually reply to messages and it all works (so far).

The only down side is that the car came back with a number of scratches on the near side. As if it was scrapped along a wall or against something. They deny it so off to do a second argument.

One thing for certain, if I ever replace my car with a new Jag it will NOT be this dealer.
