I bought my 2019 E Pace D180 in June from a main dealer.
It's currently got 26,000 miles on the clock, it was serviced in December 2020 and according the the car it's next due for a service in another 14,000 miles or in December 2022.
Today I dipped the oil. The level was fine but the colour of the oil was black. Not brown, or even dark brown as I'd expect, but utterly jet black.
I'm guessing Jaguar use a super synthetic oil for long-life service intervals, surely it shouldn't turn black barely a quarter into its life?
Cheers.
