Does anyone know how to activate the heated mirrors manually? In my previous cars they either turned on automatically or all the time, or over the rear defrost switch. This was practical and handy to keep them dry in rainy conditions. However, I wasn't successful yet on my new E-pace. Even when I switched on the rear defrost, the mirrors stayed wet and obscured by drops of rain sticking to the glass.
I have the 2021MY base trim.

I found that in the manual :
« The door mirror heaters operate automatically, according to the external temperature and the heated rear screen operation. »

I could see some internet fora chatter that some F-pace owners are also annoyed that the mirrors are not consistently heated at the same time as the heated rear screen is turned on. Apparently it also has to be cold at the same time. This is not very practical...

I understand that, in France, this feature is an option if a specific package is not chosen.
