I've not been able to access my in control app for over a week now. I received a msg from jaguar informing me that they are having issues with the server. The app I was using was the latest version and they advised me to revert to the old app. I have done this and that one is still working but won't let you edit any details.
Hope this information is useful to anyone having the same problem.
This may also explain why people are having trouble ( like myself ) downloading map updates, according to my dealer.
