Check you can log on to incontrol on the website, if you can then its going to be worth calling Jaguar customer services. I don't think the dealer can do anything about this as its probably an issue in a server run by Jaguar. Also, it might just fix itself if you leave it alone for a couple of days.
I reset factory settings, that didn’t work. I deleted my Incontrol account and set up a new one, that didn’t work either. I made sure the car was connected to the house wi fi to improve the connection, that didn’t work. I thought it was the SIM card, but I replaced that as well, and that didn’t work either. It’s been like this for over a week.
All sorted! The car had its service and MOT today so I mentioned the issue and the dealer fixed it. It needed a replacement control unit but it appears to have worked and I now have full access to online services. Yay!
