Just wondering if anyone else has had problems signing up to this.
My wife has tried two or three times but it just keeps going round in a loop saying "wrong password", or "complete setting up account" which of course we can't
Customer services have been useless, saying the first time we phoned " Oh it sometimes does that, give it a couple of days and try again," then a couple of days later "Oh we can't do anything about it you will have to go back to the dealer" an hour and a half drive away.
So I wondered if we were alone in this

Hi, the dealer helped me setup when we picked up the car. He actually setup the account for us before hand then took us through it. Sorry that's not much help for your problem but so far it seems to work okay, once you're in.
Perhaps the dealer might be able to help over the phone?

Yes that's all I can think of, I suspect the dealer has set something up but not it all hence Connect getting its knickers in a twist. My lady can phone him tomorrow
