How good is the customer services team, I've just emailed them regarding my recent incident and wondering what to expect? I've asked them to replace my car, maybe a bit extreme but after only two weeks confidence lost due to the severity of the failure.

UPDATE : Customer services and the Executive Team complete rubbish, just covering Jaguars arse and if they get fedup just ignore emails and phone calls. You then chase and the original person has moved onto another case and nother person assigned but no updates to customer or dealer. Might as well out source the UK customer services to India, probably provide a better service.
