Hi All,

Can anybody with a Mac help with the map updates please. It worked for me in the past but now won't download.

Keeps coming up with mapdownloaded_installer_mac_offline quit unexpectedly and mapdownloaded_installer_mac_offline will damage your computer you should eject disc image.

Driving me mad. Thanks

Hasn't worked for me since Catalina update in October last year. Reverted to old office PC to get map updates. Poor performance from JLR.

I think you need to go into security to let the software be downloaded
