I'm due to collect my E-Pace First Edition, 180D tomorrow but I've just had a call from my dealer saying that there is a general recall for an unspecified problem. He offered me a Friday handover, but I'm off on holiday on Thursday so really wanted the car to drive down to the West Country before then. I can't actually collect until early next month if it's not tomorrow/Thursday which seemed to put him out a bit.

Any one else hearing anything about this?

Thanks Kaspa. I've been told that this is a general problem affecting all models. Apparently all people collecting are affected.

There was a problem with all manual epace's, reversing lights not working

When the car was put into reverse the lights functioned, but when the car begins to move the reversing lights went out. This has now been resolved, with a software update. I collected my car yesterday.

That was written in February and the US recall date is starting Friday 23rd March. So it's been known and planned for a month. I would be upset if my delivery was delayed by a day over a fault known for a month.

Which affects only a very few e-pace but has only been known for a few days

If you are interested in stuff about ongoing issues with the ePace it may be worthwhile looking at the Jaguar Topix site. It lists nine issues. However, you can't see any detail beyond the title without paying a subscription. I wasn't £18 curious.
