Hi
I got a smart key battery is low warning last year, I switched to the spare key instead of replacing. I'm now getting a battery low on current smart key again. I replaced the battery on the original a Maxell CR2032 H to a Duracell CR 2032, it unlocks the car but car won't start saying it does not recognise a smart key is present.
Car is almost 3 years old. Concerned if I try it on the current low battery key I'll be left with a car I can't drive.
Dealer visit? Or has someone experienced this?
Wondering if they H means something on the Maxell battery or I've left it without a battery for too long.
Thanks
Will.
