Hi Guys
When I was picking up/purchasing my used e pace from the dealer, he could not find the spare key.
Its been 3 weeks now and he says he is getting a new one made up.
Should it take this long ?
I have made numerous phone calls and he is very vague about what is going on, I get the impression that he is hoping that I will just go away.

You could try 'phoning another dealer and ask what would be the procedure for obtaining a replacement, if they give you enough information, re-contact your supplier and ask why it's taking so long, if not satisfied with their explanation, contact CRC on here and they will escalate with the dealer

When I was having problems with one of my keys I was told they have to be ordered from the factory, presumably dealers don't have the ability to programme a new key as a security measure. Also suspect they are expensive. Do make sure that they re-configure your car to disable the lost key when you do get to pick up the new one.
