Hello everyone,
I have just joined the group looking for some urgent advice as I am still in my 'cooling off period' in my finance agreement.
I have always wanted an epace and have worked very hard to get it like everyone else. But since yesterday, it has been one thing after another.

1 - my car was scratched inside - after a long discussion they are coming to take my car and sort this
2 - warning light came on about tyre pressure as soon as I started to drive off in car - worried about a slow puncture already..they said if it does, they will 'sort it'
3 - they sent me the wrong details and someone else's

I have no confidence in the car or company already. I don't believe it had any service or safety checks done. Am I within my rights to ask them as courtesy to carry out a service already? What would people advice?

I'm very upset and not very good with cars. I don't have my dad around anymore to help me, but am worried they are pulling the wool over my eyes.

Hello

First of all don't worry, car will be sorted.

1. Just stay on top of the dealership, if you can get to the dealership when it is ready and check all is good before you take it back.
2. Take the car to independent tyre local specialist get them to check for punctures and also get them to make sure all tyre pressures are correct, if the warning light still comes on after this, then contact dealership as it may be a car sensor problem.
3. Again can be sorted, just make sure your get a contact at your dealership in Customer services and their email address ensure you put your issue in writing and continue to pursue and get a reply via email for your records.

Jaguar UK head office Customer service 0800 096 0474, if you are having problems with the Dealership phone Jaguar directly.

take care, you will be fine.

Don't forget you will be covered for any repairs under your warranty, in my experience and "without prejudice " I would say Jaguar is a great car but unfortunately the Dealerships let the side down, however the Jaguar assist service excellent.

Thank you.

On the m25 and my car pulled and then came up with a tyre warning. I told them it was a slow puncture and they treated me like I was stupid.

I have had someone else's finance documents now several times & the dealership is ignoring my emails for my safety report & confirmation that my details haven't been breached.

I'm in tears, I nearly had an accident and no one will help. I've also been told my phone number has been used to plsce an order at a shop I haven't used!!! But they won't confirm at jag my details are safe.

Please help
