Well I am glad I got that extended warranty. The rear passenger footwell is soaking wet this morning - anyone has this? Dealer not open until tomorrow really worried about the car smelling as bad that with a previous car.

A damp smell can be dealt with by using products such as Valet Pro enzyme eater, as that is the cause of the niff most of the time once the carpets are dry. Also have you used Gummi Plege rubber seal treatment on all your seals to keep them supple over the years. If not it’s cheap and also reduces overall noise. Various versions of it are on sale including BMW who use it on convertibles afaik. Hopefully this issue has been modded on the 2021 MY I mean this cars is supposed to wade through rivers and I just may want to one day …lol
